Our new addition...Sebastian Edward Tomaszewski.Sebastian was born at 7:42 am on Wednesday, January 21st, 2009. He weighed 8 pounds 3.6 ounces and was 21 1/4 inches long! He has quite a bit of blonde hair and so far is a quiet, sleeping baby (we are prepared for the fact that this may be the calm before the storm). He is eating well, but has to be encouraged (read: undressed, tickled, and wiggled) to wake up for meals. Daddy is so proud and Mommy is feeling well. Unfortunately, baby Helena has croup and so she has not been able to get as close to him as she would like. She stared at him in the nursery for at least 15 minutes, repeating, "baby baby". When Mommy held Sebastian for the first time baby Helena wanted to crawl onto Mommy's lap and touch him; sadly we couldn't let her. We're hoping she will heal quickly and be able to "explore" her little brother sooner than later!

Denise and Shawn came to meet Sebastian...Shawn was a little nervous but did a fantastic job holding Sebastian and of course Denise is a pro!

Cute!!!!! I can't wait to meet him. Even though I know it will be some time from now. I'm headed to Chattanooga for Maggie's first trip next weekend.
We'll have to coordinate a trip in the future and get our kiddos together. =) Miss you!!!!
He is so adorable! We're glad we were able to meet him on his first day in this world! Can't wait to give him more lovin!!!!

What a cutie! Love the chubby little cheeks. Glad he's sleeping well and you are healing well. Everyone misses you, but I know you are enjoying your time with the baby and Helena. See you in March sometime.
